If on a very rare occassion you are not happy with your purchase then contact me as soon as you can after delivery so we can sort out any issues.
If you are unhappy with your order then please contact us within 8 days of delivery.
Return the faulty or unsatisfactory item with the packaging to us for inspection. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the items are received back at our business address. Customers are advised to obtain and complete a “certificate of postage” form stamped by the Royal Mail before returning the item. The Company accepts no liability for goods lost in transit on return to our firm.
Please note that as our skins are dyed they may fade over time if placed in a sunlit position. We will happily recover your stool if it fades just contact us for a quote but we cannot be held responsible for any fading caused by sunlight.
